I'm in between finishing training camp and getting ready for my first race of the 2012 season, so I haven't had much to blog about and I've been enjoying being home and relaxing for a bit.
This is the calm before the storm, I try to take in every breath of relaxation, no stress and the feeling of home because when it starts, things start to fly by and before you know it, it's June and things are almost over. Every year, the last 'team' race comes so fast and then everyone says, aww that's it?! So I'm mentally preparing for an exciting racing season, plus it's an Olympic year so it's going to be such an interesting season:)
I'm back in Tucson, training, since there isn't any snow on the ground and the weather is warm but that will all change on March 3rd - I'm headed to Amsterdam for the spring racing over there-hope it's not to bad of weather! Oh yeah! I'm really looking forward to it in a sick, cyclists way. So keep your eyes peeled for a blog update in the next couple of weeks - it should be interesting. The following pictures are from the end of camp and one or two from home and Tucson.
Frank is a staple in the team van. Our mechanic takes him everywhere, that's cool:)
